Reservation Process
Thank you for your interest in renting a photo booth from PHOTOBOOTH Royale for your event. Here is our reservation process.
Step 1: Submit Reservation Request Form Please fill out the Reservation Request Form to the left and submit it to us. You will receive a copy as well. This is a reservation request only. You don't have a guaranteed reservation until you pay your deposit in Step 3.
Step 2: Wait for Agreement and Quote I will send you a quote based upon your reservation request. The quote will contain all terms of your rental agreement with PHOTOBOOTH Royale. Please review it carefully.
Step 3: Pay your Deposit If the quote and agreement meets with your approval, please pay the deposit amount indicated in the quote. Your payment of the deposit indicates your agreement to the terms of the agreement and guarantees your date, price and options.
Step 4: Confirmation of Deposit If you pay electronically, you will automatically get a confirmation receipt sent to your email address. If you pay by check, I will email you to confirm receipt of your check.
What's Included in your Package?
SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN We give you up to an hour before and after your picture taking time to set up and take down the photo booth.
UNLIMITED TURNS Your guests can go through the booths as many times as they like during your contracted picture taking time.
PHOTO BOOTH ATTENDANT Our attendant will bring the booth, set it up and help your guests make the most of the booth.
DELIVERY AND SET-UP We included a generous travel delivery radius with all of our packages.
DOUBLE PRINTS You can choose to give booth prints to your guests. Or you can give one to your guest and keep one in your optional guestbook.
PERSONALIZED PHOTO STRIPS All photo strips are personalized with the bride and groom's name, date and city. If you have a monogram, we can include that as well!
DVD OF IMAGES The high resolution photos on the disc are yours. We do not place a copyright restrictions on the images.
ONLINE GALLERY We host your photos on our servers. Your guests can download the photos or share them through social media tagging.
