Terms and Conditions
Your event must take place on January 2, 2020 or later. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your event, you may apply your deposit to a future event to take place no later than one year from the date of your original event date.

Instructions
Make a reservation using our reservation form and this Promo Code: EBS-25P-DEC31. We will invoice you for your $100 non-refundable deposit. Your 25% discount on the total of your rental will be indicated on the invoice.

Q: My schedule is tentative. Can I still book with this promo?
A: You can book with a tentative schedule. You can change your schedule at any time, up to 24 hours prior to the opening time you've indicated on your reservation form.

Q: Can I add more time or upgrades later? Will I still get 25% off on the additional time or upgrades?
A: Yes, if you add more time or upgrades, you still get 25% off on the additional time and upgrades.

Q: What if my date changes?
A: The deposit can be applied to a future event, to take place no later than one year from the date of your original event. To ensure availability, please let us know as soon as you have a new date for your event. And, yes, the 25% discount applies to your rental on the postponed date. :)
